There is a clear mismatch between what companies are looking for in entry level people, and what entry level people are able to bring to the table. We need to work with companies to set expectations, and we need to work with our future workers to get them real, relevant experience.

How can I help bridge the gap between expectations and experience, and shorten time to productivity for our entry level workers?

The answer lies in SaaSySales: with every startup sales engagement, I've had to help CEOs transition from Founder-led sales, to a scalable Sales Machine and Team. The transition would eventually include finding Sales Talent to replace myself and creating an onboarding process for new hires.

I productized what I've been doing for the past 5 years and created a Startup Sales Certification Program for students, and/or anyone really, who's looking to move into tech startups and sales.
